Villa Nika is located in Fanari, on Mykonos island, overlooking the Aegean Sea, and is built according to the traditional Cycladic architectural style, where white and blue dominate.

Villa Nika consists of three different levels covering an indoor floor space of 350 sq.m. and outdoor ground space over 850 sq.m. Our guests may have access to entire 3 level Villa Nika. All levels are accessible solely to our guests for their privacy and exclusivity.

The villa's ground level is 200 sq.m and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower cabins (two are en-suite,) a luminous living room - dining area including HD-TV with Netflix access, free Wi-Fi, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Nika may accommodate up to 16 people. The other two, upper levels, feature one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom, a second living room with amazing patio overlooking the Aegean Sea and Islands, and a second fully equipped kitchen. Νo other tenants are here when you book our villa and you have exclusive use of the property and pool (seasonal, open for use 15.May-30.Sep.).

The villa's outdoor area features an infinity swimming pool with sun-beds, an outdoor shower and a large patio with built-in sofas and a BBQ, overlooking the Aegean Sea, Houlakia Bay, Kanalia, Ornos, and the famous island of Delos. On a clear day, further-away Cycladic islands are also visible.
